$10 / Extra Language
We offer English, French and Spanish.
Our videos are made by default in English as this is the most requested language for this type of content. For an additional $10/video, we offer French and Spanish (and soon Chinese and Italian). If you’ve ordered a Language Supplement, you will receive two videos: one video in English and another video in the language you’ve ordered.
$39 / Vintage Update
We will update your video every vintage.
Every vintage is different. Besides the obvious impact of the weather on your wine, you might also have changed the blend, the aging, or even gotten new certifications or ratings. We will update the information for you. We will also use this opportunity to refresh your content with new and improved footage and sound.
$15 / Extra Revision
One revision included, $15 per extra revision.
Our video formats were designed and tested in order to captivate and retain the attention of the viewer. Our process is streamlined in order to offer the lowest price and the fastest delivery to our customers. That is why, we do not accept editorial revisions. You will be able to review your video before delivery and share with us your revisions at that time (correct typos, change wording etc). After that, any additional revision will be charged $10. But don’t worry, our customers are always happy. If not, we guarantee your money back.
